Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager to oversee the assessment, tracking, and reporting of program outcomes and effectiveness. The M&E Manager will develop frameworks, analyze data, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making, ensuring programs meet organizational goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement M&E Frameworks: Design and execute monitoring and evaluation strategies, methodologies, and tools to measure project impact and effectiveness.
Data Collection & Analysis: Oversee data collection processes, ensure data accuracy, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis for reporting.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), progress metrics, and project deliverables against defined goals.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders, funders, and senior management.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and funding agencies to align M&E practices with project objectives.
Capacity Building: Train project teams and stakeholders on M&E best practices, data management, and reporting procedures.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all M&E activities adhere to industry standards, donor requirements, and organizational policies.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend data-driven improvements to enhance project effectiveness and sustainability.
